This stunning program entitled 'Opus 38' will feature the Nonet for flute, oboe, clarinet, horn, bassoon and strings, composed by Louise Farrenc as well as the Trio for clarinet, cello and fortepiano, by Ludwig van Beethoven. Alongside the exceptional international and local musicians of the orchestra all of whom are specialists in historically-informed performance, this program features Netherlands-based Japanese fortepianist Keiko Shichijo.
